REGISTRATION PROCESS

In order to register judoka's to our tournament, the following steps need to be taken.

  1. First of all, register Your club/team
    You can not use previous (years') account; Each year, You have to re-register Your club/team!
    You need to register Your club/team first. After registering Your club/team, You can start to register Your judoka's.
    Even if You register only one judoka, You have to register Your club/team first.
  2. After You filled out the online registration form for Your club, for security reasons, You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation link.
  3. You have to press this confirmation link in order to proceed!
    If You do not press the confirmation link, You can not register judoka's.
    Note: some of You might have problems receiving this e-mail; wait max. ten minutes for Your confirmation email; Check also Your spambox as some local spam constraints might result in our confirmation email being disposed in Your spambox....
  4. After You pressed the confirmation link, You are automatically redirected tot the login page (www.judovenray.nl/reg-login)
  5. Login using Your e-mail address and password;
  6. Use the menu option [Judoka] => [add judoka] to register judoka's.
  7. Use the menu option [Judoka] => [Edit My Judoka's] to change data of registered judoka's
    Note: registered clubs/teams can change judoka data till one week prior to the Tournament.
